Ristorante situato sul lungomare di Latina. Ambiente familiare ed arredamento vintage anni 80 con sedie di plastica (molto comode devo dire).
Accoglienza e calorosità si notano fin da subito. Il personale fa la differenza in questo ristorante: tutti molto cortesi, gentili, educati, precisi, veloci, premurosi. In cucina non c'è un semplice cuoco, ma un vero e proprio chef e lo si vede nettamente nella preparazione dei piatti. A fine serata è uscito in sala per ricevere i feedback dei clienti. Complimenti non me lo aspettavo.
Qualità dei prodotti non eccelsa, non da prima scelta, ma neanche mediocre.
Prezzi commisurati a tutto e mediamente più bassi rispetto agli altri ristoranti del lungomare di Latina.
La signora (credo sia la proprietaria) alla cassa mi ha dato l'idea di qualcuno che ama il proprio locale ed il proprio lavoro e questo si evince in tutto.
Menzione particolare per la pulizia: dal menù plastificato ben lavato, alle tovaglie sulla tavola, fazzoletti, posate, bicchieri, bagno, vetrate esterne che vedo pulire ogni giorno. Allo stesso modo i piatti serviti mi hanno trasmesso la sensazione che la cucina sia in ordine e pulita.
Forse con qualche investimento in più negli arredi, nel rifacimento del bagno, dell'ambiente cassa, nel restyling dell'ingresso e della facciata, questo ristorante potrebbe fare un salto in avanti.
Ma questo ovviamente dipende dai piani futuri del proprietari.
Per adesso, io e mia moglie incinta ci siamo goduti un'ottima cena il 15 agosto 2023.

Restaurant located on the Latina seafront. A family-friendly atmosphere and vintage 1980s decor with plastic chairs (very comfortable, I must say). The welcome and warmth are immediately apparent. The staff make the difference at this restaurant: everyone is very courteous, kind, polite, precise, fast, and attentive. There's not just a cook in the kitchen, but a true chef, and it's clearly evident in the preparation of the dishes. At the end of the evening, he came out to get customer feedback. Compliments, I wasn't expecting that. The quality of the products isn't excellent, not top-notch, but not mediocre either. The prices are commensurate with everything and are generally lower than other restaurants on the Latina seafront. The lady (I believe she's the owner) at the cash register gave me the impression of someone who loves her place and her work, and this is evident throughout. Special mention for cleanliness: from the well-washed laminated menu to the tablecloths, tissues, cutlery, glasses, bathroom fixtures, and exterior windows, which I see cleaned every day. Likewise, the dishes served gave me the impression that the kitchen was tidy and clean. Perhaps with a little more investment in furnishings, bathroom renovations, the cash register area, and a redesign of the entrance and facade, this restaurant could make a leap forward. But this obviously depends on the owners' future plans. For now, my pregnant wife and I enjoyed an excellent dinner on August 15, 2023. The only negative note: the pennetta al pomodoro was too little for my pregnant wife...80-90 grams, hahaha.

Sembra una semplice pizzeria ma é una piacevole sorpresa culinaria... In cucina c'è uno chef e non un semplice cuoco. Abbiamo mangiato benissimo e l'unica cosa che non abbiamo provato é stata la pizza ma torneremo di sicuro...
